Dr. Sonia Gementiza, Chief Administrative Officer at DLSU-D, was named a Distinguished Thomasian Alumni for 2024.

A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas-Manila, Dr. Gementiza earned her Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in Library Science in 1990.

She was recognized alongside Ma. Rosario Ochoa-Montejo, a Foods and Nutrition graduate, and Rior Santos, an education graduate.

This award, given by the College of Education Alumni Foundation Inc., honors individuals who exemplify the values and excellence of UST.
