
The La Salle Filipiniana Dance Company (LSFDC) is set to represent the Philippines at the 28th International Folk Dance Festival “Folk Harbor,” happening from June 28 to July 5, 2025, in Poland.
Organized by the Federation of International Dance Festivals (FIDAF), the event will gather folk dance groups from over 70 countries, promoting cultural exchange and traditional dance on a global stage.
A total of 24 members of the LSFDC are set to participate in the upcoming festival. They will be accompanied by Jemily Puchero, Chair of the Civic Welfare Training Services; Nina de Leon, LSFDC Trainer and Adviser; and Joel Refuerzo, Coordinator of the Cultural Arts Office.
Known for showcasing Filipino heritage through theatrical dance and music, LSFDC aims to bring the richness of Philippine culture to European audiences.
