
The College of Education (COED) of DLSU-D, recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as a Center of Excellence in Teacher Education, recently held the 10th Young Educators Congress.
With the theme “MATATAG at the Core: Building a Stronger Foundation for the Filipino Learners’ Future,” the one-day event featured a lecture-seminar on the MATATAG Curriculum, a quiz bee, and a demonstration teaching competition that foster camaraderie and engagement among future educators.

Dr. Jennifer A. Lopez, Director IV of the National Educators’ Academy of the Philippines, served as the guest speaker, sharing insights on the future of education and the vital role of young educators in shaping the nation’s learners.
Thirteen colleges and universities from Cavite participated in the congress, with the largest delegation coming from Western Colleges Inc.
