DLSU-D students and faculty from the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology (CEAT) are set to participate in a weeklong academic and cultural exchange program at Soegijapranata Catholic University (SCU) in Semarang, Indonesia.
The delegation includes 19 Architecture students and 6 Multimedia Arts students, accompanied by CEAT faculty members Ar. Christian Paolo Lagrana and Ms. Joan Bermundo.
As part of the exchange, the faculty members will also be teaching courses at SCU, further strengthening the long-standing partnership between DLSU-D and SCU, which spans nearly a decade.
CEAT Dean Engr. Ma. Estrella Natalie Pineda expressed enthusiasm for the initiative, calling it “a commitment to providing our students and faculty with invaluable international experiences.”
“We believe that immersing them in a different cultural and academic environment will significantly enhance their learning and professional development,” she added.
This exchange underscores DLSU-D’s ongoing efforts to internationalize its academic programs and cultivate global awareness among students and faculty.
