De La Salle University-Dasmariñas concluded its Internal Quality Audit (IQA) through a closing meeting where auditors presented the results of the assessments conducted across offices under the Academics, Mission, and Operations clusters.
During the meeting, the IQA team identified key opportunities for improvement to help offices strengthen processes and prepare for the upcoming surveillance audit by external auditors scheduled in September.
The university continues to uphold the standards of ISO 21001:2018, an international management system standard for educational organizations that promotes learner success, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous institutional improvement. Compliance with the standard reflects DLSU-D’s commitment to quality education, accountability, and global best practices in higher education.
