Divine de los Reyes, vice president for people management and development at Megaworld Hotels & Resorts (MHR), has joined the Industry Practitioners Engagement Program (IPEP) of the De La Salle University-Dasmariñas College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM), bringing hotel-sector executive experience into hospitality classrooms.
Under IPEP, practitioners handle specialized lectures, mentor students on current practice in hospitality, business, and sustainability reporting, and supply corporate cases that keep coursework aligned with how the industry operates. De los Reyes will take up talent management, leadership, and hotel operations.
The program also opens internship and employment channels through the University's corporate partners, giving CTHM students a route from classroom instruction to placement in the hospitality industry.
