University administrators gathered at Maria Salome Llanera Hall for a two-day Risk Management Workshop held on January 22–23, 2026. The event aimed to help participants understand risk management principles and apply them to their organizations.
Sessions introduced the Project MILES framework, risk governance models, and concepts such as risk appetite and tolerance. Participants joined breakout groups for a Risk Identification Exercise, presenting their findings at the end of the day.
The second day focused on risk analysis, evaluation, and mitigation. Teams worked on case exercises and shared their results. The program also covered reporting, monitoring, and risk visualization.
DLSP- QMAS Director Tanya Erica Alipato and DLSP-QMAS Risk Management Coordinator Kylle Louisse Espeleta guided the discussions and weighed in on the participants' outputs.
