Financial aid grantees and beneficiaries of the Department of Labor and Employment's Special Program for Employment of Students (DOLE SPES) went over their program guidelines and obligations as university scholars at the DLSU-D Scholars' General Assembly (SFAG x DOLE SPES) at the Ayuntamiento de Gonzalez Reception Room. The Center for Admissions and Scholarship organized the assembly for the 1st Semester of AY 2026–2027.
The orientation walked grantees through the terms attached to their support, covering both the guidelines governing their grants and the duties and responsibilities they carry as scholars of the University.
Scholars also raised questions about the program and clarified concerns during the assembly. The gathering gave them time as well to connect with fellow grantees under the same scholarship and student employment programs.
Setting expectations at the start of the term keeps grantees informed of the requirements they must meet to retain their assistance through the semester.
Scholars may direct follow-up questions on guidelines and requirements to the Center for Admissions and Scholarship
