The BALIK-ARAL PROGRAM is now accepting new applicants.
The Balik-Aral Program is the University’s academic outreach program that caters to out-of-school youth and adult learners, who desire to start, continue and finish their studies in Elementary or Intermediate High School (Junior High).
Managed by the College of Education (COEd), the Program is facilitated by faculty, staff and student volunteers from the College.
