Today, September 29, we gather as one Lasallian family to thank the Lord for all the graces He has bestowed on us as a University. We look back with gratitude to the day we received our status as a University through our University Charter.
On the Solemnity of the Archangels Michael, Gabriel, and Rafael, let us offer our praise and thanksgiving to the Lord for this special gift as a duly recognized University.
May the Eucharistic Lord continue to be the source of our strength and our bond of unity from whom we draw our life and strength as we build new pathways to transform lives.

God and Father of all gifts, we praise you, the source of all we have and are. Teach us to acknowledge always the many good things your infinite love has given us. Help us to love you with all our heart and all our strength. We believe that your faithful love surrounds us at each and every instance.
We thank you for the gift of our institution, De La Salle University – Dasmariñas, as we celebrate gift of the University Charter that ratifies our commitment as a Lasallian institution. We bless You for You have allowed us to be recognized as a University that bears witness to the light of knowledge and wisdom in living out the Lasallian mission of providing human and Christian education to the youth and the poor. We praise you for the marvels you have done for us, for making us share in the teaching ministry of Jesus Christ, Your Son, in molding the hearts, minds, bodies and spirits of our students. Thank You for the gift of dedication you have inspired in our Brothers, administrators, faculty, support staff, alumni and parents and for the gift of endless possibilities that constantly inspire us and challenge us to become signs of transformation in our community and society. We bless you for allowing us to become instruments of your compassionate love, especially to the last, the lost and the least.
Following the footsteps of our dear founder, St. John Baptist De La Salle, may we continue in leading the youth towards salvation. May we be inspired to constantly seek new ways of letting your presence be felt in our different tasks and roles. Founded firmly in your steadfast love, may we come to see our work as a sharing in the mission and ministry of Lasallian education.
As one Lasallian Family, may we commit ourselves to live out our mission guided by the Spirit of communion that makes us bearers of hope and compassion to a wounded and divided humanity, and makes all things possible for us.
