De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) has named the dean of its newly established College of Law.

Brother President Francisco de la Rosa VI FSC and DLSU-D Board of Trustees member Atty. Ponciano Cruz Jr. recently welcomed Atty. Mary Jude Cantorias Marvel to the University’s academic leadership before the College of Law begins to accept applicants for Academic Year 2024-2025.

Atty. Marvel brings over 20 years of teaching experience in law schools and extensive administrative expertise. She earned her Master of Laws from the University of Missouri-Columbia, USA, in 2010. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at Arellano University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science at the University of the Philippines, Diliman and holds various certifications in her field.

Atty. Marvel will hold office at the Ayuntamiento de Gonzalez, where the College of Law Dean's office will be located.
