International students from De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) joined peers from across CALABARZON at the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office IV-A (CHEDRO IV-A) forum titled “HELLO (Higher Education Linkages for Learning Opportunities), Foreign Students! CALABARZON Global Connections 2025,” held in Lipa City. The event aimed to strengthen collaboration among higher education institutions (HEIs) and provide a platform for meaningful engagement with the international student.
The students learned about CHED’s policies on Transnational Higher Education and the various support mechanisms available to enhance the academic experience of foreign students in the Philippines. The forum also highlighted CHEDRO IV-A’s ongoing efforts to promote inclusivity and cultural exchange within the region’s educational landscape.
