
Arnold Galve, a faculty member of the Information and Technology Department at DLSU-D, was awarded Best Presenter at the 1st International Conference on Mobile Technology and Engineering Education (ICMTEE) held at Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia.
The hybrid conference gathered researchers, practitioners, and academics to share insights and publish works related to mobile technology and engineering education. Keynote speakers included:

- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Rizal Mohd Isa – Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia
- Dr. Chibueze Tobias Orji – University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa
- Dr. Muhammad Anwar – Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia
Galve presented his research titled “A Data Mining Approach Towards the Absorption of Student Interns to Host Training Establishments Using Binary Classification Algorithms,” which was also selected for publication in an international journal.
