
Dr. Jimford Tabuyo, a faculty member of DLSU-D's Tourism Management Department, will be joining LSPR Institute of Communication and Business in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a faculty exchange program.
The exchange was formalized with a contract signing, attended by Dr. Grace Cella R. Mejia, Chair of the Tourism Management Department, and Mr. Paul Anthony Notorio, Dean of the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM).
During his exchange, Dr. Tabuyo will teach courses in Entrepreneurship and Leadership, Digital Business Management, and Tourism Entrepreneurship and Digital Programs.
“I am excited to share my expertise and learn from the dynamic environment at LSPR. I look forward to contributing to the students' understanding of contemporary business and tourism practices in a digital world,” Dr. Tabuyo said.
Dean Notorio expressed strong support for the initiative, emphasizing its role in broadening the college’s global perspective.
“This exchange program will not only benefit Dr. Tabuyo professionally but also enhance our college's global perspective,” he said.
Dr. Mejia also highlighted the opportunity for valuable connections with LSPR, renowned for its excellent programs.
“This is a great chance for our department to build connections with an institution that is known for its excellent programs,” Dr. Mejia said.
