Today we celebrate WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY, it's the perfect time to reflect, support, and take action for ourselves and for others. Mental well-being is not just personal; it’s foundational to our shared mission of faith, service, and communion.
Here are a few reminders from the Office of Student Services and Student Wellness Center.
- Smile at someone you do not know
- Hold the door for your classmate/professor in class
- Say "thank you"
- Share an umbrella
- Offer the empty seat at your table to someone in the food square
- Any other random act of kindness
- It's a bonus if you are wearing GREEN today!
