The College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science (SIFS) – India, marking a new milestone in international collaboration for forensic science education and research.
DLSU-D welcomed Dr. Ranjeet Kumar Singh, Founder and CEO of SIFS India, who personally visited the campus for the ceremonial signing. The partnership aims to promote joint research, training programs, faculty and student exchanges, internships, and extension initiatives between the two institutions.
University officials present during the event included Dr. Nornelyn Lim-Cachuela, Vice President for Global Engagement and External Relations; Dr. Rodel Esmilla, Dean of CCJE; and Ms. Sarah Jane Mendoza, Chair of the Forensic Science Department.
The collaboration will kick off with a faculty exchange program in December 2025, paving the way for sustained academic and professional cooperation in the years ahead.
