Museo De La Salle (MDLS) continues to affirm its role as a space for memory, meaning, and creative expression with the successful launch of Aninag Chapbook Series 2: Where Untold Stories Find Light, held at the Museo De La Salle Pavilion.
The Aninag Chapbook Series 2 embodies this vision by providing a platform for emerging and established writers to give voice to personal truths through literary forms such as prose, poetry, and manifestos.
The event featured works from writers Camilla Andrea, Arabella Tiangco, Romel Samson, Jessica Tinio, Lara Gargarutea, and Joseph Fernandez. Through their pieces, the contributors explored themes of memory, identity, and reflection—illuminating perspectives that often remain unspoken.
Organized in collaboration with Packing Sheets, the initiative highlights the importance of nurturing literary communities and encouraging creative expression within and beyond the University. The partnership underscores a shared commitment to bringing marginalized and untold stories into public consciousness.
By hosting events such as the Aninag Chapbook Series, MDLS continues to expand its role as a cultural and intellectual hub—one that not only preserves the past but also fosters contemporary narratives.
As the series moves forward, the organizers hope to inspire more individuals to engage in storytelling, ensuring that these fleeting reflections of truth are seen, heard, and remembered.
