De La Salle University–Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) recently welcomed a student delegation from Saint Mary’s College of California (SMC), reinforcing international collaboration within the global Lasallian network.
Led by Philip Goodwin, SMC Associate Director of Alumni Engagement and Adjunct Assistant Professor, the delegation of junior and senior students participated in a Lasallian immersion program coordinated by the Office of the Vice President for Global Engagement and External Relations (OVPGEER).
The visit included a campus and Museo De La Salle tour highlighting DLSU-D’s sustainable environment and Philippine cultural heritage, followed by an immersion at Bahay Pag-asa, where students witnessed the University’s commitment to social justice and youth formation. The delegation also visited the Santuario de La Salle in Biñan, Laguna, for reflection on their shared Lasallian mission.
The program concluded with a formal dinner and socials at the Residencia, hosted by the De La Salle Brothers–Dasmariñas, fostering meaningful connections between the two institutions.
