Exchange students from Teikyo University in Japan met their English instructors and traveled to Tagaytay during their first week at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas, opening a three-month stay under the Language Proficiency Program – Exchange International Collaboration (LPP–EIC) 2026. The visiting group is hosted by the university's Language Learning Center.
The Language Learning Center welcomed the Teikyo delegation at the launch of LPP–EIC 2026. Introductions to the English faculty followed, putting the students in their first classroom sessions of the program.
Their trip to Tagaytay was the first exposure activity on the calendar, taking the students outside the classroom for a look at local culture and scenery.
The students will remain in the Philippines until December for the comprehensive English program and cultural immersion. Pairing language training with time spent outside the classroom is intended to strengthen ties between DLSU-D and its international partners.
Animo La Salle! 💚🤍
