De La Salle University–Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) continues to expand its global academic footprint through a five-day faculty exchange program with Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE), held recently.
Representing the Mathematics and Statistics Department, Prof. Sharon Lubag and Dr. Nelda Atigos Nacion actively participated in a series of academic engagements designed to strengthen international linkages and promote collaborative learning.
As part of the exchange, Dr. Nacion delivered a lecture titled “Mapping Ideas: Exploring Spatial Analysis in Research,” offering faculty and students at HNUE valuable insights into the application of spatial data in contemporary research. The visit also opened meaningful discussions on curriculum enhancement, academic benchmarking, student mobility, and joint research initiatives.
The DLSU-D delegation was warmly received by HNUE officials, including Assoc. Prof. Le Van Hien and Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, reflecting a shared commitment to sustaining a productive and forward-looking academic partnership.
Through initiatives like this, DLSU-D reinforces its dedication to global engagement—creating opportunities for knowledge exchange, innovation, and cross-cultural collaboration in higher education.
