DLSU-D and DLS-HSI President Br. Augustine “Gus” Boquer, EdD FSC will celebrate his first virtual birthday with Lasallian administrators, faculty, staff, and students on November 13, 2020.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Lasallians have found a way to interact with the Brother President as he celebrates his 77th birth anniversary.
Kicking off with a mass to be officiated by Fr. Mark Anthony Reyes at 9:30 am, the Lasallian community will unveil a tribute video as well as video greetings for Br. Gus on his special day.
To make the event even more meaningful, the Hunger for Hope Project, the second phase of De La Salle Philippines’ KADA UNO project will also be launched in DLSU-D. Hunger to Hope underscores DLSU-D’s commitment to end poverty and hunger among the marginalized sectors of the community.
DLSU-D Chorale will also gift Br. Gus with a special performance during the online event.
Br. Gus will deliver his message to the community before the final blessing given by Fr. Mark.
