The DLSU-D School of Governance, Public Service, and Corporate Leadership (SGPSCL) launched an executive course on Sustainable Leadership and Governance (LAGO).
This program is a partnership with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region IV-A. It aims to expand on DLSU-D’s successful Free Executive Program in Sustainable Barangay Leadership and Governance (BALAG) , which was designed to equip barangay officials with the skills to lead sustainable communities.
Following the success of BALAG, DLSU-D recognized the need for additional partners and qualified resource persons, leading to the creation of LAGO.
The program, open to DILG middle managers in Region IV-A recommended by the Provincial Director, will provide participants with essential leadership and governance skills. It is tuition-free, and graduates will also serve as volunteer resource persons for BALAG.
