De La Salle University-Dasmariñas' (DLSU-D) College of Education (COED), a recognized Center of Excellence in Teacher Education by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), marked a major step in its commitment to quality instruction with the official blessing of its Ambrosio and Nadina Capayas Learning Hub.
The new facility is set to become a vital resource for the college, serving as a dedicated demonstration room, a multi-purpose activity area, and a key operational hub as the college prepares for its ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) accreditation in 2027.
DLSU-D became an associate member of AUN-QA in 2023, signaling its commitment to regional academic standards. The blessing ceremony was officiated by Fr. Ren Dumaop. The ribbon-cutting was led by University President Br. Iñigo Riola FSC, alongside University Provost Dr. George Francisco, COED Dean Arvin Gacelo, and PFD Chair Tina Padilla.
The event was also attended by COED administrators, faculty, students, and various stakeholders, underscoring the college's collective preparation for its upcoming international quality assessment.
