With the International Disaster Risk Reduction theme—“Fund Resilience, Not Disasters”—this year’s summit calls all Lasallians across Luzon to take an active role in building disaster-resilient and sustainable communities.
The DLSP DRRM Summit 2025 unites Lasallian institutions and partners in strengthening preparedness, emergency response, and community coordination. Participants will engage in panel discussions, hands-on breakout sessions, rescue demonstrations, a DRRM Expo, and networking opportunities—all designed to empower individuals as frontliners in safeguarding lives and livelihoods.

The summit also advances the goals of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)-- SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities and SDG 13: Climate Action. By promoting disaster preparedness, climate resilience, and community cooperation, the event underscores the Lasallian commitment to creating safer, more sustainable, and climate-resilient cities. It reminds us that resilience is not only about responding to disasters but also about strengthening systems, education, and solidarity to prevent them.
