The College of Professional and Graduate Studies (CPGS) of DLSU-D deployed its second batch of Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management students for an international cultural and academic immersion at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT), Thailand.
The delegation included Zyldjian Tepora, Rufino G. Perilla, Glewil B. Dones, Yolanda L. Del Rosario, and Karen Dyan H. Bautista, accompanied by Dr. Olivia Legaspi as faculty representative.
Throughout the two-week program, participants engaged in academic and cultural activities designed to broaden their perspectives and foster global collaboration. Key highlights included:
- Courtesy visits with administrators and faculty of the Department of Home Economics Technology.
- Facilitation of English classes for Early Childhood Education students, featuring play-based and higher-order thinking activities.
- Meetings with the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Technical Education and the Director of the Innovation Demonstration School.
- Classroom observations in Early Childhood Education and Culinary classes.
- A school visit to Phakhaisutthapramuk School in Ayutthaya.
This initiative underscores DLSU-D’s commitment to developing globally minded leaders in education through meaningful cross-cultural learning experiences.
