De La Salle University–Dasmariñas, through its Linkages and Scholarship Office (LSO), recently conducted a formal contract signing for students from the College of Liberal Arts and Communication (CLAC) selected to receive an outbound exchange subsidy.
The beneficiaries — Hannah Maxine Cervantes (AB International Development Studies), Kianna Ysabelle Papa (BA Psychology), and Hedy Nicolaison Rebong (BS Psychology) — are alumni of the offKAMPUS Program (formerly the Merlion Exchange Program). As returning ambassadors, they will participate in international engagements and reconnect with fellow alumni during a global gathering in Singapore.
The offKAMPUS Program equips students to develop sustainability-focused projects and collaborate with international peers to create industry-relevant solutions. Through this initiative, participants gain valuable global exposure and leadership experience.
Present during the signing were Dr. Nornelyn Cachuela, Vice President for Global Engagement and External Relations; Dr. Irene Gueco, LSO Director; Prof. Loreto Camiloza, Chair of the Philosophy and Psychology Department; Dr. Jigs Medina, Associate Dean of CLAC; Dr. Jeffrey Lubang, OIC-Chair of the Social Sciences Department; along with the students’ parents and guardians.
The outbound exchange program remains a key platform for developing globally competent Lasallian leaders, empowering them to contribute innovative and sustainable solutions across industries.
