The Lasallian Community Development Center (LCDC), in partnership with the De La Salle University–Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) University Student Government (USG), successfully conducted MEDSERBISYO: EmpowHER and Thrive, a free medical initiative, at the Paulo Campus Hall (PCH) Classrooms and Clinic East.
The initiative provided free breast examinations and medical consultations, led by Dr. Bogs Rivera, with 22 student volunteers availing the breast examination services. In addition, 24 students participated in free HIV, STD, and Hepatitis B testing, facilitated by personnel from the Dasmariñas Social Hygiene Clinic, Adrian L. Bueno and Raphael Vincent Perpetua.
Beyond providing essential healthcare services, the activity emphasized the importance of early detection, awareness, and preventive care. It also encouraged students to take an active role in safeguarding their health and well-being.
Through initiatives like MEDSERBISYO, DLSU-D continues to foster a culture of care and responsibility, empowering Lasallians to become proactive, informed, and health-conscious members of the community.
