The De La Salle University–Dasmariñas Lasallian Community Development Center (DLSU-D LCDC) was recognized as the Most Outstanding DSWD Centers and Residential Care Facilities Hall of Famer during the DSWD Field Office IV-A Panata Ko sa Bayan Awards.
The award was presented by DSWD IV-A Regional Director Barry Chua and Assistant Regional Director for Operations Mylah Gatchalian in recognition of DLSU-D LCDC's sustained excellence in community development and social engagement.
Representing the University during the awarding ceremony were Dr. Maria Nornelyn Cachuela, Vice President for Global Engagement and External Relations; Dr. Maria Theresa Gochuico, Director of the Lasallian Community Development Center; Ms. Iris Diorella Andaya, Service-Learning Program Officer; and Ms. Melanie Malabanan, Social Engagement Project Officer.
The recognition highlights DLSU-D LCDC's continued commitment to the Lasallian mission of empowering communities, promoting social responsibility, and fostering transformative partnerships that create lasting positive impact.
