De La Salle University–Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) has made history as the only Philippine university to receive the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Recognition of Excellence in Sustainability Impact Portfolio (SIP) Reporting for the 2025 reporting period.
The prestigious recognition was presented during the 2026 PRME Global Forum in Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Elma Mallorca, Dean of the College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA), accepted the award on behalf of the University.
The recognition honors higher education institutions that demonstrate excellence in sustainability reporting and measurable impact in advancing responsible management education aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SIP reports are evaluated by an international review committee composed of business school leaders from around the world.
As part of the recognition, DLSU-D's award-winning Sustainability Impact Portfolio will be archived in the official PRME Awards Repository and featured in the PRME Commons as a global model for sustainability reporting.
Established in 2007 and supported by the United Nations in partnership with the UN Global Compact, PRME is the world's largest initiative promoting responsible management education. The recognition highlights DLSU-D's commitment to integrating sustainability, ethics, and responsible leadership into its academic programs and institutional practices.
