De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) joined forces with SPARK YES INC. on July 27, 2026, signing a Memorandum of Agreement to establish an on-campus Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC).
Under the partnership, DLSU-D will act as an official reseller, offering students and regional professionals direct access to industry-aligned IT certifications and stackable micro-credentials. DLSU-D will establish a dedicated, climate-controlled testing laboratory fully compliant with Certiport’s global hardware and software standards. Through this center, students and faculty can earn industry-backed micro-credentials across major software and tech suites—building verifiable skill sets before graduation.
Joining the signing ceremony from DLSU-D were University President Br. Iñigo Riola FSC, University Provost Dr. Christian George C. Francisco, Vice Provost for Academics Dr. Mary Felidora Florinor M. Amparo, and incoming Director of the Center for Lifelong Learning Hazel R. Bautista, MBA. Representing SPARK YES INC. were Chief Executive Officer Vjohn David P. Dizon, Chief Marketing Officer Bryan Zafra, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer Prince Datu, and Operations Team Member Yhna Palabrica.
Highlighted by Dr. Francisco, the strategic partnership marks a crucial step in elevating regional and student readiness:
"This partnership with SPARK YES INC. empowers not only our Lasallian community but the entire CALABARZON region by providing access to internationally recognized micro-credentials and certifications that enhance graduate employability and digital fluency",
Further details regarding the testing center's official launch date, examination schedules, and course integration will be announced by the university in the coming weeks.
