DLSU-D recently hosted a Sustainability Leadership Workshop for the faculty and staff of St. Mary’s School of Sagada, Inc. (SMSSI) and its sister schools.
Organized by the School of Governance, Public Service, and Corporate Leadership, Basic Education Division, and Office of Student Services, the event was supported by Lasallian Brothers Br. Eugene De Luna, Jr., Br. Zennel Sy, FSC, and Br. Henry, FSC of St. Jaime Hilario–De La Salle Bataan.
The workshop aimed to equip educators with tools and insights to nurture socially aware and capable young leaders committed to nation-building.
DLSU-D High School Principal Marlon Pareja emphasized that they have been partners with SMSSI through sustained student, cultural, sports, and service-learning exchanges.
“We hope this workshop deepens that partnership by empowering our teachers to design and lead meaningful educational experiences that connect classroom learning with real-world engagement,” Pareja said.
The event underscored DLSU-D’s commitment to knowledge sharing and holistic education.
