As soon as the new uniforms are available, selling is located at the Ancillary Uniform Office located at the Santiago Alvarez Hall beside the CBAA Bldg.

Request of emergency medical response team (EMRT)/patient transport vehicle and standby burse through the General Services Office (GSO) and filling of an online reservation must be done simultaneously.
The new Type C uniform ranges from 1300 to 1600 per set. Type C uniform is composed of white polo and khaki chino pants for men and white polo angkle pants for women.
This maybe availed at the Ancillary Uniform Ofiice located beside the Warehouse Office at Santiago Alvarez Hall (SAH) which is adjacent to the CBAA building.Schedule of selling of uniforms will be announced.
The Ancillary-Uniform Office is not allowed to collected cash payment. Accounting Office online payments are also accepted using the BUX platform.
Canteen concessionaires are located at Ugnayang La Salle , Univeristy Food Square, Cafe Museo, and East Campus adjacent to the JFH kubos.
Most of the concessionaires operate from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, but some are open until 7:00 pm.
Do not feed cats around the canteen as there is a designated feeding area for them. The University practices Clean As You Go so leaving leftovers are not allowed.
You can report any issues or submit a complaint through your designated Department Chair/ Program Council / Student Government. Clearly describe the problem, including its location and any other relevant details. For urgent issues, you can also contact the BFMO directly by phone or visit the office in person. (Near Gate 1//CTC). Only Department Offices and Recognized Student Groups can file a Job Request to BFMO

The time it takes to address a complaint depends on the urgency and complexity of the issue. BFMO prioritizes complaints based on urgency, and urgent issues are handled as quickly as possible.

Vehicle Entry & Parking
The General Services Office is located at Ayuntamiento de Gonzales (ADG) near the Finance and Accounting Office.
- Applications for vehicle stickers will be announced on the student portal and schoolbook.
- Once available, visit your portal proceed to the application, and fill up the online car sticker application form.
- A photocopy of the Official receipt (OR) and the latest Certificate of Registration (CR) should be uploaded to the car sticker application and presented during the verification of the application at the GSO counter before your payment.
- The vehicle OR/CR should be in the name of the applicant (student) or parents.
- If you’re the second owner of the vehicle being applied, a notarized deed of sale should be presented for verification.
- The vehicle should not be fully tinted. The person inside the car can be identified as either male or female when looking at the windshield.
- Not installing a loud muffler (also for motorcycle vehicle applicants)

There is a designated parking for employees and students on the campus. However, this is on a first come first serve basis.
Students who receive traffic violations must report to the SWAFO; while visitors and guests are to General Services Office.
