CBAA (Administrative) College Council
Participates in the formulation of academic policies, curriculum development, and ensures the academic integrity of the institution.
1. Policy Development:
- Participate in the formulation and review of academic policies and procedures.
- Assess the impact of existing policies on academic quality and student success.
2. Academic Integrity:
- Promote and uphold academic integrity across the institution.
- Address issues related to academic dishonesty and recommend actions as necessary.
3. Meeting Participation:
- Attend regular meetings of the Academic Council and actively contribute to discussions.
- Collaborate with other members to develop meeting agendas and follow-up on action items.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with faculty, students, and staff to gather input on academic matters.
- Serve as a representative of the Academic Council in various committees and forums.
5. Research and Analysis:
- Research best practices in higher education and recommend innovative solutions.
- Analyze data related to student performance, retention, and program effectiveness.
6. Communication:
- Communicate decisions and policies to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations for faculty meetings and other institutional gatherings.
Textbook and Instructional Materials Development Coordinators Committee
Review, select, recommend, textbook and instructional materials following the required standards.
Curriculum Development Committee
Review the curriculum and draft new program offerings, courses, and changes to existing curricula.
Ensure that the curriculum aligns with institutional goals and accreditation standards
College Research Council (CRC/DRC)
- implements the research guidelines of the university
- designs the research plan for the college anchored on the research thrusts
- generally oversees the conduct of faculty and student research
The representative of this council follows the institutional mandate and requirements of the University Research Office regarding research outputs.
College Faculty Development Committee
- plan and engage in professional development to stay current with trends in higher education.
- share knowledge and insights with the broader academic community.
Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee follows the mandate of the University Research Office regarding research.
Collegiate Library Development Committee/ ULDC
The Collegiate Library Development Committee will represent and follow the mandate of the institutional University Library Development Committee
University Linkages and Partnership/Practicum/Academic/Industry Committee (Local and International)
The College Linkages and Partnership Representative serves as a vital liaison between the college and partner universities, facilitating smooth transitions for students pursuing higher education. This role involves promoting university programs, organizing informational sessions, and providing guidance on application processes and requirements. The representative will collaborate with academic advisors, support student recruitment efforts, and assist in the development of articulation agreements. Additionally, they will gather feedback from students to enhance linkage initiatives and support continuous improvement in partnerships. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to student success are essential for this position.

University Advancement Committee
The representative on this committee follows the requirements and mandate of the institutional University Advancement Council.
Quality Assurance/ Accreditation Committee

Community Service/University Extension Program Committee
The representative on this committee follows the requirements and mandate of the institutional University Extension Program Council.
Spiritual Formation Committee

CBAA Golden Scroll Award Committee
This committee is the award-giving body of the college. Every year, a host Department is assigned on a rotation basis as agreed upon by the CBAA Administrative Council.
CBAA Mid/Year End Workshop/Committee
This committee is assigned to organize and facilitate the mid/year-end culminating activity and workshop. The evaluation of the year-end accomplishment will be presented and documented. Every year, a host department will be assigned on a rotation basis as agreed upon by the collegiate administrative council.
