CEAT’s CQI processes address the Institutional Mission-Vison (Institution’s key goals and strategies). Institutional Learning Objectives are regularly and collaboratively monitored and improved. Inputs from stakeholders are sought through regular consultations and meetings to develop program outcomes and program educational objectives.
Guidelines and new methods are then formulated and data gathered are monitored, analyzed, and used in making decisions to improve programs. CEAT’s CQI committee ensures that all processes that are embedded into operations are stable, consciously managed, and regularly evaluated.
