Students from De La Salle University-Dasmariñas delivered an outstanding performance at the IECEP National Student Summit 2025, held at the Marikina Hotel and Convention Center, earning top honors in multiple academic competitions.
In Elite Electronics Quiz Show, DLSU-Dasmariñas emerged as national champions. The winning team composed Jethroe Gatbunton (ECE41), Gian Mark Nepomuceno (ECE31), and Jonelle John Gabriel Vergel (ECE31) demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge and teamwork, securing the top spot among participants from across the country.
The university also claimed a podium finish in the ECE Math Olympiad, with Laurence Reyes (ECE11), Marco Elijah Arcallana (ECE21), and Yohan Astillero (ECE21) earning second runner-up honors.
In the Interscholastic Quiz Show, DLSU-Dasmariñas ranked 7th out of 40 participating universities nationwide. Representing the university were Jethroe Gatbunton, Mikaela Angela Reyes, Dave Harvey Villanueva, Gian Mark Nepomuceno, Jonelle John Gabriel Vergel, and Patrick Herrera from the ECE program.
