De La Salle University-Dasmariñas has successfully passed the first stage of the certification process for ISO 21001:2018, marking an important milestone in its commitment to academic excellence and institutional quality.
After months of rigorous preparation, the University presented its finalized EOMS manual and document registry to Bureau Veritas during the Stage 1 audit. Representatives from DLSU-D showcased the University's internal processes and systems aimed at standardizing operations across departments.
“Our ISO 21001 milestone, a collective effort of the entire community, shows our seriousness in further improving the quality of our programs and services,” said Dr. Lucila Calairo, EOMS Quality Management Representative.
“The pursuit of academic excellence starts with us. By perfecting our institutional processes, we can build a stronger university and inspire greatness in every student. Let's champion this vision together,” added University Provost Dr. Christian George Francisco following the release of the audit results.
Francisco also gave credit to the hardworking members of the DLSU-D community for making this milestone possible.
“This would not have been possible without the dedication of our secretaries, faculty and staff members who are an integral part of these processes on a daily basis,” he said.
The University is now preparing for the Stage 2 audit, scheduled for next month.
