DLSU-D is one step closer to securing its ISO 21001:2018 certification after conducting a Management Review Workshop attended by key university administrators.
Spearheaded by the Academic Planning and Quality Management Office, the workshop was a crucial preparatory activity toward meeting the standards of the Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS). Discussions focused on evaluating the university’s internal and external environments, stakeholder feedback, key performance indicators, and the overall effectiveness of current management systems.
The session also tackled strategic planning, resource allocation, and the development of a clear action framework to ensure a successful certification process.
This initiative reflects DLSU-D’s strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement in delivering services to its academic community.
