The College of Professional and Graduate Studies (CPGS) and the Mermier Children’s Welfare Mission have come together through a newly signed MOU to strengthen their shared commitment to supporting underprivileged children by providing much-needed care, education, and opportunities for a better future.
The Mermier Children’s Welfare Mission—a humanitarian effort of the Missionaries of St. Francis de Sales—was represented by its President and CEO, Fr. Jijimon Joy Manjackal, MSFS, alongside Ms. Josefina Dela Cruz.
DLSU-D was represented by university officials and faculty members namely Dr. Leo Manansala, Dr. Felinore Angelica Valera, Dr. Mariano Thomas Ramirez, Ar. Antonio Gutierrez Jr., Dr. Rowel San Sebastian, and Dr. Maria Nornelyn Cachuela.
“This partnership is more than just a document; it’s a profound commitment to shared responsibility,” said Fr. Manjackal. “By collaborating with DLSU-D, we are expanding our collective ability to deliver sustainable, life-changing services and ensure that children receive the care, education, and protection they deserve.”
