Students from the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM) of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas recently represented the university at the 17th National Tourism and Hospitality Students’ Congress and Skills Olympics organized by the Union of Filipino Tourism Educators (UFTE) at Treston International College, Taguig City.
Competing among 38 schools nationwide, the DLSU-D delegates earned top recognitions across various categories:
- Champion – Tour Package Proposal (ASEAN): Eunice Diamante and Mikylla Margaret Sales
- 1st Runner-Up – Tour Guiding (Local): Myleen Zyghell Domingo
- 5th Runner-Up – Travel Vlog: Kristine Katte Bibat, Michal Valdez, Done Tristan Javier, and Queen Ryah Tolentino
The university also produced finalists in the following events: Festival Event Proposal, Inflight Safety Demo, Kasuotang Pinoy, Poster and Slogan Making, Quiz Bee, Tour Guiding (International), Tour Package Proposal (Domestic), and Travel Photography.
Their achievements highlight the dedication, skill, and passion of Lasallian tourism and hospitality students as they continue to uphold the university’s commitment to excellence and service in the national arena.
