The ARAL Artists Community successfully raised Php 20,400 in support of the De La Salle Bahay Pag-Basa and the One La Salle Endowment Fund, reinforcing its commitment to education, literacy, and youth development.
The amount was generated through the 3rd Deco Plates Fundraising Exhibit, a creative initiative that transformed ordinary porcelain plates into meaningful works of art for a cause. The exhibit showcased 25 hand-painted plates by talented local artists, each thoughtfully designed to support scholarships, learning resources, and literacy programs for underserved youth.
The plates were made available through ARAL’s online e-catalog at Php 2,000 per piece, with all proceeds directly contributing to the beneficiaries.
This meaningful project was made possible through the collaboration of the Museo de La Salle, De La Salle University–Dasmariñas’ Advancement and Alumni Relations Office (AARO), and the College of Liberal Arts and Communication (CLAC) – Languages and Literature Department, highlighting the University’s continued efforts to merge art, advocacy, and education.
