Kulturun 2026 recently brought together student athletes, families, and fitness enthusiasts for an exciting eco-tourism fun run held at the scenic campus of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas (DLSU-D).
Organized by the 3rd Year Tourism Management students from the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management, the event highlighted the university’s commitment to sustainability, wellness, and cultural appreciation through sports and community engagement.
Leading the event was Event Manager Eunice Diamante, who helped deliver a unique fun run experience that combined fitness, music, culture, and environmental awareness.
The 1KM category showcased impressive performances from young runners, with Matreena Abico, Julius Grayson C. Bahia, and Jake Gavin C. Bahia securing Top 3 finishes. Their determination and energy captured the spirit of the event and inspired fellow participants and spectators alike.
Meanwhile, the 5KM category featured strong finishes from Ray Cyril Mercado, Delver Abaya, and Casper Ojeda, who celebrated their achievement with a triumphant pose after crossing the finish line.
In the 3KM division, Kyle Dominic Guiriba, Edison Borromeo, and Job Bryan Ballesteros emerged as standout runners, dominating the category with speed and endurance.
With its successful turnout and inspiring performances, Kulturun 2026 continues to establish itself as one of Cavite’s most anticipated university fun runs.
