The De La Salle University–Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) community actively participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2026, reinforcing campus preparedness and emergency response awareness among students, faculty, and staff.
Lasallians from both the East and West Campuses joined the nationwide initiative by practicing the proper earthquake safety procedure: Duck, Cover, and Hold. The coordinated drill simulated emergency response protocols to ensure that members of the university community understand the correct actions to take during seismic events.
The exercise forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen disaster preparedness across educational institutions and public spaces. By regularly conducting drills and safety training, DLSU-D aims to cultivate a culture of readiness and resilience within the campus community.
Through initiatives such as the NSED, the University continues to prioritize the safety, well-being, and disaster preparedness of all Lasallians.
