Fr. Beltran met with University President Br. Iñigo Riola, FSC, High School Principal Marlon Pareja, and administrators of the Basic Education Division to explore joint initiatives that integrate technology, innovation, and community-based learning. During the visit, he invited DLSU-D educators to participate in an upcoming nationwide online workshop on Artificial Intelligence in ALS, which will convene around 1,500 ALS teachers to explore the use of AI in teaching and learning.
He also presented Sandiwaan’s ALS Senior High School program, aimed at expanding access to education for learners from marginalized communities. In addition, Fr. Beltran invited DLSU-D High School to collaborate in developing the DIWA Learner Experience Portal, a digital platform designed to support ALS teachers and learners through interactive resources and online modules.
DLSU-D officials welcomed the visit as an opportunity to strengthen partnerships with Sandiwaan and advance inclusive, technology-enabled education initiatives.
