What should I do if some subjects I enrolled in which are under FLEX BLENDED (ONLINE) and ASYNCHRONOUS SESSIONS do not appear on my Schoolbook?
Email the secretary of the department where your program belongs. Rest assured that this will not affect your record of attendance in class.
Your department secretary will provide you MSTeams link for the class under Flex Blended/Asynchronous so that your involvement is maximised during the first week of classes.
For the list of department secretaries, please check your email, portal or Schoolbook News Feed for the list of respective email addresses of secretaries.
A number of factors contribute to this. Quite a distinct number of students could have started pre-registering in their classes last Friday and are still waiting for their payments to be posted.
This we cannot control.
The complex process of facilitating your online payment to enable its posting to our system thereby leading to the unholding of your account is governed by lead times. We cannot afford to be complacent in handling our records management system under tested precision and accuracy.
