CCJE research activities are geared towards finding solutions to the problems related to peace and order in society. The CCJE research agenda, composed of the challenges, values, principles and research thrusts, guide CCJE researchers in initiating different research activities in the field of law enforcement and public safety.
Challenge
The CCJE researches are the results of the faculty members, support staff and students’ interest in seeking new knowledge and its dissemination, which are imperative to build a just and humane society.
Research Thrusts
Social Responsibility, Educational Management, Good Governance and Community Development would be the anchor of the research endeavors of CCJE faculty members, support staff and students who may establish strong collaborations with local and international agencies. Such research endeavors are expected to lead to morally upright citizenry and more peaceful community to live in.
The following questions will raise different topics that would lead to different research opportunities aimed at improving the law and the lives of the people of Cavite and nearby provinces.
- What are the new factors that influence community development and that could be utilized in supporting the creation of new progressive policies and systems?
- What innovative ideas on law enforcement and public safety could support the holistic transformation of Cavite’s citizens, especially the children in conflict with the law and the victims of illegal drug abuse?
- How can we impose strong law enforcement for peace and order without diminishing the very essence of social responsibility and good governance?
