The Center for Learner-driven, Open, and University Degree (CLOUD) Programs is the institutional arm for innovative, flexible, learner-centered, open, and degree completion programs under the Office of the Vice Provost for Research, Innovation, and Global Engagement (OVPRIGE). CLOUD Programs develops and manages pathways that expand access to higher education for working professionals, adult learners, returning students, alumni, and other learners who require alternative, flexible, and outcomes-based routes toward academic completion.

CLOUD Programs provide programs such as the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), Open Distance and e-Learning (ODeL), and the Academy of Continuing Education - Degree Completion Program (ACE-DCP).
