De La Salle University-Dasmarinas’ Inbound and Outbound Mobility Programs enhance the University’s partnerships with other institutions to provide opportunities for Lasallian students as well as visiting students to experience a different learning environment and expose them to different cultures to broaden their horizons.
Inbound Mobility Program
DLSU-D’s Inbound Mobility Program is designed to facilitate students from other international university partners who intend to study for long-term and short-term periods, undergo internship and on the job training as well as other cultural immersion programs that are official and approved by the university. The inbound students will be exposed to the following:
- Orientation and Welcoming program
- Lasallian Formation Program
- Sports and Wellness Activities
- Environmental Awareness Workshops
- Extension Programs
- Cultural Activities
- Functional Filipino language class
- Cultural tours
Inbound Programs Procedures
Upon application
- Letter of Nomination signed by the university president indicating inclusive semester of exchange.
- List of subjects with description intended for exchange
- Photocopy of passport (valid within the next 6 months from end of program)
- Clearance from the University Counselor (as no urgent psychological issues) (scan copy),acceptance letter, tuition waiver, and list of approved subjects.
Upon approval of program
- Application form (http://pearl.dlsud.edu.ph/admission/register.aspx )
- Any of the following: IELTS 5-5.5; TOEFL, 45-46/450-453; Certificate of English Proficiency; or English as Medium of Instruction
- Forms for credit conversion if there’s any/Grading system
- Photocopy of Visa (as soon as available)
- Flight itinerary (as soon as available)
- Medical/travel insurance covering period of stay (to be processed by ULO and paid in the university) *for confirmation
Post arrival:
- Medical Certificate – original copy
- Clearance from the University Counselor (original copy)
- Immigration requirements
Pre-arrival:
- Letter of Nomination signed by university president indicating inclusive semester of exchange.
- Curriculum vitae with 2x2 picture
- Passport photocopy (valid within the next 6 months from end of program)
- Photocopy of Visa
- Flight itinerary (as soon as available)
- Medical/travel insurance covering period of stay (photocopy) (English version) (to be processed through LO, and paid at the university).

Outbound Mobility Program
The Outbound Mobility Program otherwise known as the Faculty and Student Exchange Program is designed to provide students and faculty members with a unique opportunity to experience best practices of DLSU-D’s partner universities.
The programs are implemented by virtue of a Memorandum of Agreement with an international institution. The period of exchange shall be at least one (1) semester up two (2) semesters (not exceeding the one school year). Faculty and students who are officially accepted will receive the following assistance:
- Academic Mobility Fee/ Budget
- Airport Transfers
- Pre-departure Orientation
- Airfare and visa application
- Contract
- Accommodation
- Counselling
Outbound Programs Procedures
Upon application to determine eligibility:
- Application form (provided by Linkages Office)
- Photocopy of passport (valid within the next 6 months from end of program)
- Certificate of Registration (latest semester)
- Print of grade of latest semester from portal

As Candidate:
- Home department and college issues recommendation letter.
- Certificate of Good Moral character
- Clearance from accounting office
- Clearance from the Student Wellness Center (as no urgent psychological issues)
- Affidavit of consent and support from parents
- Certificate of Registration (semester of exchange)
- List of approved subjects for exchange (home department)
- Photocopy of NBI Clearance of parents
- Photocopy of NBI Clearance of students
After completion of second set of documents:
- * LO writes recommendation letter to OVCAR.
- * OVCAR writes official university endorsement to Office of the President.
- *President signs official letter of nomination for the host university.
Before Departure:
- Nomination letter signed by the University President (c/o LO).
- Acceptance letter from the host university (c/o LO).
- Tuition and miscellaneous waiver from host university (if applicable).
- Contract between the parents/students and the university.
- CHED-IAS acknowledgement of compliance.
- NBI Clearance for travel abroad of students
- Medical/travel insurance covering duration of exchange (can be through host)
- Medical Certificate (Fit to study/travel) - taken within one month before departure from home country.
- Photocopy of Visa (if required in the host country)
- Flight itinerary (as soon as available)
Upon application:
- Invitation letter from host university
- Recommendation from department and college
- hotocopy of passport (valid within the next 6 months from end of program)
- Curriculum vitae
Before departure:
- Nomination letter signed by the University President

- Special Study Permit (SSP) - Php 5240 (USD 100)
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) Icard - USD 50
- Visa Extension for one month - Php 4400 (USD 100)
- Visa Extension for two months - Php 4900 (USD 100)
