The School of Governance of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) has been recognized as an Alab Awardee at the 10th Capacity Development Accelerator Awards for Catalysts of Excellence (CapDev ACE).
The award honors DLSU-D’s long-standing partnership with LGRRC CALABARZON through the BALAG Program, a free executive course for barangay officials that promotes ethical leadership, strategic governance, and sustainable community development.
Through its expanded initiatives—B-KEEP, B-LEAD, B-Green, B-PACT, and LAGO—the program continues to empower frontline leaders and strengthen grassroots governance.
The Alab Award is given to partners of over three years who have made significant contributions to the Department of the Interior and Local Government’s (DILG) societal outcomes.
