In response to the impact of Tropical Storms Dante and Emong, DLSU-D has opened Ugnayang La Salle (ULS) as a temporary evacuation center for over 200 families—approximately 731 individuals—from affected barangays in Dasmariñas.
This initiative, in coordination with the City Government of Dasmariñas, provides displaced residents from barangays including Sampaloc, Salitran, San Jose, Paliparan, San Luis, San Agustin, Burol, and San Manuel with emergency shelter and support.
Relief services are being facilitated by the City Government, City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), Dasmariñas Police, and volunteers, ensuring the safety and well-being of evacuees.
DLSU-D continues to uphold its Lasallian mission of faith, service, and community by standing in solidarity with those in need during times of crisis.
