The Center for Student Admissions (CSA) officially launched its latest marketing initiative, the Animo Jeep (A-Jeep), during the "Pasasalamat: Partners Appreciation Day and Top Feeder Schools Awarding Ceremony" held on March 11, 2026.
The A-Jeep is one of CSA's marketing assets inspired by the University’s iconic Ikot La Salle e-jeepneys. Constructed primarily from Sintra board, the A-Jeep serves as both a vibrant photo backdraft and a symbol of the University’s commitment to environmental sustainability. As a consistent leader in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings, DLSU-D continues to integrate "green" symbols into its institutional identity.
During the event, administrators and representatives from the University's top partner schools participated in the launch, engaging in photo sessions with the A-Jeep. For the CSA, the A-Jeep represents more than just a marketing tool; it serves as a metaphor for the recruitment process—a vehicle that transports aspiring students from their senior high school years into the heart of the Lasallian community.
"The Animo Jeep (A-Jeep) symbolizes the beginning of a transformative journey," said CSA Marketing and Recruitment Unit Associate Director Jacquelyn Torres.
"It is our way of welcoming future Lasallians and our institutional partners into the vehicle of excellence that defines DLSU-D," she added.
The A-Jeep will now become a component in the University’s recruitment efforts, including Open House and the upcoming Byaheng La Salle Dasma College Tours and various educational fairs across the region.
As part of its promotion, CSA has launched its creative groupie photoshoot contest featuring the A-Jeep, now posted on its official Facebook page.
"The Animo Jeep (A-Jeep) symbolizes the beginning of a transformative journey," said CSA Marketing and Recruitment Unit Associate Director Jacquelyn Torres.
